Genrally kenwood amps are power hungry amps so after playing for a while if it doesnt get the amount of amperage to make it work it will shut down cus you car cant charge the battery long enough for the use of that amp so my idea is try a farad capacitor and see if that helps good luck .......tk

Can i bridge an ev1500m ssl amp to a kenwood kac-8104d amp

If I understand correctly you want to bridge one amp and the power output into the other. If so no it can't be done like that. It would damage the input of the other amps input as well output of the other

Get a ohm meter check the volts engine off at the amp
then with it on if there is a difference it may have a problem with the supply line good luck

KAC-8104D Car Audio Amplifier: Fuse keeps blowing why...

Most likely a bad ground connection, clean up where the ground is connected to the vehicle, check the power wire connections too, if that doesn't help route the ground wire to either the chassis or the battery to get a lot better connection, also possibly if you have the amp on full gain (max power) it may be getting a surge from your vehicle which means turn to down a little or get a capacitor.

I have the kenwood kac-8104d amp and it lights up and everything, but it doesnt power my subs hooked up to it. I have no idea why because theres power going through andd the amp is turning on. Any help?

Check your RCA's from the amp to the deck, make sure it's on an output not an input on an aftermarket deck, and the input, not the pass thru on the amp. If you have it hooked up to a factory deck, you've opened a whole new can of worms! If its a factory Deck; Post the make and model of the unit if you can find it, as well as the vehicle year make and model. I get as much info as I can on it and walk you thru the details. If it's aftermarket and you've checked the above, post the make and model of the deck and I'll do the same. Hope this helps

Amp wont turn on

Double check all of your connections. I know this same problem has happened to me and come to find our that all the problem was the fuse blew that is connected between the radio and amp. Also check you battery connection. Corrosion on the power cable will also cause it to have a bad connection.
