Question about Sony Walkman NWZ-S616F MP3 Player
My mp3 player will not connect with my computer so i can charge it and manage my songs. i purchased a new usb cord and it still will not work. it is not the usb port on my computer because other items work. i have tried resetting the mp3 player several times. model number nwz-s615f My Sony Walkman NWZ-S616F will not connect to my computer. The only way I can get it to charge is by plugging it into a wall charger, but I can't get my computer to recognize it, so I can't switch out my music.
I'm pretty sure I fixed a similar problem. Go to your device manager on your PC and uninstall the walkman driver. After this is complete just plug the walkman back into you Pc and the plug and play will download the driver again. This worked for me. My operating system is Windows vista.
