Dripping water

Mine had the same problem today. I found the drip tray under the screwed on panels in the freezer was full.
There is an evaporative tray above the compressor in back, and feeding that was a drain pipe that was blocked with crud. Removing and cleaning the cap made it flow freely again. Hopefully that fixes it.

JDC2389GES side by side fridge Water is leaking inside the freezer and pooling at the bottom.

Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
Actually the leaking water is from the evaporator coil unit....(it is located at the back wall or underneath the freezer compartment). Under normal conditions,Self-defrost refrigerators usually dispose the water generated during the defrost cycle through a tube or channel that directs the water a pan (Known as Drip pan), commonly below the refrigerator unit....
The channel or tube is clogged and the water is leaking to the refrigerator/freezer unit, so you need to clear that blockage/contamination....Once the blockage is removed, the generated water will move through that channel/tube directly to the drip pan and there will no water on the floor in the refrigerator/freezer compartment. This is all you need to do....

Best of Luck,

Removed everything from the freezes. Removed a false bottom from the freezer floor, 2 screws. There was an ice build up under this plastic bottom. I let the ice melt with the de-frost cycle (or frost free cycle). No more water dripping into the refrigerator compartment.

WATER DRIPS DOWN FROM INSIDE TOP REFRIGERATOR BELOW FREEZER

Not an original solution - but a good one. Remove panels at the back of the freezer compartment to expose the heater unit or heater wire that defrosts the freezer coils and wrap a solid copper wire gently around the heater/ heater wire and place the loose end in the drain. This will conduct heat to the freezer drain and help keep it open. I did see a manufactured part in one of the appliance parts websites but it did not match my unit.

Water is dripping from freezer into refrigerator and freezeing

your drain line in the freezer compartment is clogged up, you have to clear by taking the freezer bottom panels off and then flushing the drain line out with something like a turkey baster.

Water drips into refrigerator

sounds to me that maybe your draain lin is clogged up in your freezer compartment above your refrigerator. Look for a clear tube that should be runnig down either on thre outside or on the back wall and clear it out after you make sure that its not frozen. if it is then use either a light bulb or hair dryer to thaw out. Thanks for using FixYa.

Water dripping at top of refrigerator compartment

Try to blow air through the defrost drain hose from the bottom of the fridge to make sure the line is clear for defrost water to drain.
