Question about Bernina Sewing Machines
I have a Bernina Deco 340 sewing machine. I have the Artista Version 4 software on my personal computer. I can create a design and transfer it to the Bernina USB stick, but the Bernina Deco 340 can see the file, but can't open it.
Can anyone help me?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Not sure if you found anything out, but Deco 600 uses PES format only.
If you have the software (Deco Wizard) sometimes you can change it to PES and save the design.

You need to insert a blank USB into the Deco BEFORE loading any files on to it. Turn the Deco on and the Deco will create an EMB folder on the USB. Then you can add EXP files to the EMB folder and the Deco will read them.
