Are you getting the little melody chimes! Mozart? I read that about the Kenmore's. Your adding either too much soap or the wrong kind. Read owners manual for proper amounts of soap! More does Not mean more clean!

SOURCE: Keeps flashing F35, when unplugged and plugged
F35 Is an electrical fault in the Control Board.
Try setting the machine on off.
Then remove the plug from the wall for 5minutes. this will usually reset the system and get you going if it is only a glitch in the electrical system.
If this fails to remedy the problem then you have what appears to be a failed control board.
The only way to be sure is to have it diagnosed by a hands on tech.
Or risk your money by swapping it out your self.
The problem is that usually when my customers try this, they end up spending part money and then a service call on top of their failed attempt.

SOURCE: My Kenmore Elite Frontloading HE3 is flashing a Sud, what do I do
This happened to me one time and I could not cancel the cycle or open the door or choose any other options, I was advised to unplug the machine, wait 30 seconds and then plug it in again. This cleared the error and I was able to continue with my laundry.

SOURCE: My Kenmore Elite HE5t washer flashes SUD
Sometimes the SUDS/F35 is because of TOO MUCH detergent. To clear you have to set the cycle on rinse and then keep pouring cups of water into the detergent container as the cycle is going. You might have to do this a few times because if the SUDS message comes up the water flow will stop. Just unplug and try again. Also when the detergent container is finally clear you will see the little rotators gears move around when the cycle starts.
SOURCE: Sud and F35 error in my kenmore elite h5 steam
I got the f35 and suds code repeatedly and my clothes weren't washed, I ordered from Sears the analog pressure switch that regulates the water coming into the washer and the codes went away, the part is esitmately $125.00 including shipping but you have to order from the Sears parts department. If you print a diagram of the washer it is #38 in the diagram and is easy to replace. You can install it yourself and as a female I did not call service to do it.
