remove the battery and re-try off the wall outlet only.
If still nothing - your power supply has failed.

tried to remove battery and ac for a little while?
if that doesnt work, remove battery and ac-power.
remove the ram
put ac-power back and try to boot without ram
(do you get a beep/error?)
remove the ac again
insert the ram
insert battery
insert ac
try to boot up again.
if that doesnt work its probably a mainboard error and you need to take the computer to repair.
if that doesnt work, remove battery and ac-power.
