Question about Mitsubishi WD-73827 73" HDTV DLP TV
IS IT COMMON ON THIS TYPE OF TVS FOR THE LAMP TO GO OUT I JUST PURCHASED THIS UNIT ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE LIKE MAY BE 600 HOURS ON THE TV
I have a 57" DLP and have replaced the bulb 3 times in 2&1/2 years. I'm not possitive but I think I have 6-800 hrs on it total. Mitsubishi claims it a part they expect to go out, but the told me they typically last about ten yrs. If you have proof of purchase they will send you a new one for free, otherwise it'll cost you about $150 on ebay.
