Question about Toshiba TE2100 Notebook
I had the same problem, basically as you said if you took apart the laptop, and put it back together and your sure you didn't screw anything up, unplug the cord from the laptop, and take out the battery wait 1-2 hours, more if necessary. DON'T plug the battery in, and just plug the AC in and try and turn it on. Hope this helps.
