Blue Screen
Tried to update drivers. While updating .... I got a blue screen with a crash dump. Laptop shutdown and restarted. I chose the start windows in safe mode to check things out. I only saw one driver problem. Restarted laptop. It's moving slowly. Could memory be an issue? I've never upgraded the memory. My Acer 4520 displayed the "blue screen" and now it won't load up at all...the screen remains black. What can I do?

please remove battery and ac-power for a couple of minutes and then try to reboot the computer.
if it still doesnt work, shut it down, remove battery and ac.
remove ram
connect ac-power
try to boot without ram
remove ac power
insert ram
insert battery
connect ac and try to boot again.
when the blue screen appear, please write down the top line that looks something similar to this:
IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL_ETC_ETC
and the line close to the bottom that says
STOP: 0x000021 (0x000+++alot of not needed numbers)
when you have done that please come back to me.
