Question about HP Pavilion a310n PC Desktop
I have an HP A310e Desktop PC. I blew it out tonight and when I went to power it back on the light on the power supply was flashing and it wouldn't power on. When I unpluged the mother board the light stayed steady as it is supposed to. Is it the mother board that it bad or could it be the power supply is bad and not providing enough power to run the computer? What are our thoughts and how much for each?
Try a different power supply first to see if thats the problem, then if you still get the same symptoms, then its the motherboard thats the culprit.
Power supply would run you between $20-$30 and if its the motherboard then it will between $100-$200 range.
