Question about Coby MP-C858 MP3 Player
These cheaper mp3 players dont usually need software to upload songs. normally all you have to do is plug your player into an ACTIVE USB connection. windows should let you know that there is a removable storage device connected depending on your autoplay settings when you connect your player to your computer. a box MIGHT pop up and prompt you to either play files or open a folder etc. if it doesn't look in the bottom right and corner of your screen you should see a safely remove hardware icon there by the time/clock. if you dont the your mp3 play is not being recognized and you might have to try another USB slot. you can also try to go to my computer and check to see if your device is listed as a drive. you should see it listed as removable disc (Drive letter). you double click of the drive letter to open your device folder then you just simply drag and drop the music you want to hear in that folder. depending on how new your computer is and how fast your USB connection each file could take anywhere from 1 second - 2 minutes so be patient.
