642s Temp Setting Does Not Work

I cannot set the temperature setting both on the fridge and freezer on the control panel of a 642/S. The control panel lights up the when does not show the temp. Is there a reset button? I can achieve a cold temoerature, but my refrig runs constantly. If I set it for 40 or 38 the refrig will sometime get down to 26. Both thermistors in the refrigerator were replaced. Do anyone know if I need to replace the control board?

- had the service come and look at the sub zero. Both service said that there was a leak in the evaporator coil. First service wanted $2500.00 to replace the coil and compressor. Second service tested the compressor and said that it was still good and to replace the coil will be $588.00. Sub zero parts was used for the repair.
