Question about LG CHOCOLATE VX8500 Cellular Phone
I cant download a ringtone on my phone. I keeps saying that I dont have enough file space but I have a memory card in my phone. It let me download the app but it would let me open it. What can I do to fix the problem and start downloading on my phone?
Ringtones are stored to the phones internal memory not the memory card. check to make sure that your phone is set to save music, pictures, and video to the memory card, not the internal memory. then move any of those file types that are in the internal memory to the card. if you still don't have enough file space you will have to delete something to make room

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
