Ringtones are stored to the phones internal memory not the memory card. check to make sure that your phone is set to save music, pictures, and video to the memory card, not the internal memory. then move any of those file types that are in the internal memory to the card. if you still don't have enough file space you will have to delete something to make room

Cant receive messages from HTC Ozone it is say "there is not enough free space to download messages. I have deleted all old messages.

Hi,

You may downloaded such big file to your phone memory, causing your phone telling this info. I Suggest to re-route your download file to memory card. Also you move some additional programs / files from phone to memory card to make your phone has a better performance .

Cant switch ringtones

you probably havent download the right type of ringtone file and your phone cant "read" that file. Make sure it is a wav or mp3 ringtone when you download it and make sure you download it to the MEMORY CARD. After you do that you will be able to go to documents and click the folder you saved the ringtones under...hit options and you will see the options. select foward....then to user profiles...hopes this helps...

Hello there. the motorola w375 has a protective code that keeps users from deleting pre-loaded items. so in general what i am trying to say is that what you are trying to do is impossible. now this is one of the downfalls about this phone. insufficient space. unfortunately the space provided is the only one you will get. hope ive helped bye!

Download Error

The w375 has a tiny memory (500kb) so I expect you do not have enough memory to store the ringtone file.

Free up as much space as you can (ie delete photos, stored web pages etc) and try again.

You may have lot of picture`s stored on your phone and maybe
