Nope. Your best bet is to either use a PC as your receiving fax or get a machine that has fax forward to email capability.

With the 8560, you can just train all your users to grab incoming faxes and immediately scan them to a folder on the network. You probably don't want to scan them to the memory of the machine but you could do that as well and they would be available through the web interface.

Master reset xerox 8560 printer

Your Administrator Guide book should have these instructions listed for you. It should be on the CD's that came with the printer.

If you have lost/misplaced them, you can download the guides from the Xerox.com website.
The steps below are what I did from my laptop as a Repair Technician:
1. Connect a crossover cable between the PC and system. To print an Event Log or Runtime Log:
2. Verify the system is Ready.
3. Use the system's control panel to enable AutoIP:
a. Select the system Setup menu.
b. Select the Connection Setup menu.
c. Select the Network Setup menu. 5. The page should now print.
d. Select the TCP/IP Setup menu.
e. Set AutoIP to On.
f. Exit the menu so the system is Ready.
4.
NOTE: To print the Connection Setup or Configuration page, select the system Setup
menu.
Reset the system to cause AutoIP to assign a new IP address (cycle power or select
Restart system from the Shutdown menu).
5. After the system's IP address is set, test communication by sending the "PING" com-
mand.
6. If the test fails, install a different cable and retest.

Network printer sending message on desktop " printer status is not available at this time"

Check the network setups, is it set to DHCP has it been issued with a valid I.p. Address. E.g 192.168.0.123 etc?
try printing out the network setups from the printer, that might shed some light on the problem once you have all the network information at your fingertips it's much easier to make a valued decision.
Good luck.

My printer xerox phaser 8560mfp is printing landscape 1/2 page instead of a full size portrait from a pdf file. How do I get that fixed? Thanks!

You need the new driver. Goto the Xerox website and download the latest driver and save it on your C: drive. Goto Devices and Printers and remove your existing Xerox 8560MFP. Reboot your computer and go back to this screen and click on "add a printer". When you get to the screen "Install the printer driver" you will see Xerox 8560MFP PS highlighted DO NOT CHOOSE THIS! (you will simply be installing the same driver from Windows 7 back). Instead, Click on "Have Disk... and navigate to where you saved the driver. Choose that one and finish the install.

Xerox Phaser 8560MFP: When in sleep mode, the printer still wakes up to do a warm up test and then goes back to sleep. How can I turn this off?

Look in the setups.
It might be a good idea to print out the setup sheets. Look under sleep mode and set the time accordingly to what you want.
Alternatly go to the WWW.xerox.com website for assistance.
Good luck.

I have lost the setup CD for Doculan Fax running a Xerox Workcentre Pro 645. Is there anywhere I can download this software or buy it secondhand?

1. check the manufacturers site to see if they have the drivers and the setup disk available.
go to the "contact us" link and submit a request for the disk to be sent. Some manufacturers will ask for a small shipping fee and send the disk right away to your shipping address.
I hope this helps
Have great Day!

How do I find the path to a network printer in order to install it? I had to reinstall the driver but my boss can't find the disk so I downloaded it from the Xerox website. The add printer wizard wants me...

It sounds like whoever set up your network added an administrator code to access.
That driver is pretty much plug and play and sets itself up very easily.
That user name and pass word is not part of the driver setup.
