does water come out the nozzle when you pull the trigger? IF so, does it do it whether the engine is running or not?

SOURCE: Pressure washer worked fine and suddenly no

If you remove the tip, will it work? If so, unloader valve is sticking and needs to be removed and lubed with lithium grease.

No water flow through system, checked tip, water was on, nozzle on, checked filter. motor starts and runs fine.

The first thing you need to check is if you have the water supply hocked to the mechine with no pressure line connected just the water dose it spray out the pressure line connecter with out the engine running . If this dosen't happen the water pump is no good . You can never start any kind of mechine like this with out constant water flow . It sounds like something is broken between the engine shaft and the pump the pump is likely seized and this broke the connection between the engine and the pump. If this is the case the mechine is likely not worth the money you would have to put into it to save it

Check the inlet strainer where the water supply hose is attached, this is located just inside the coupling where you hook up the water hose.

With pump removed engines runs fine. When new pump is installed it is very hard to pull with water flowing but will not start. Engine was just tuned up late year.

Chances are that your new pump is generating good pressure. Because of this, the engine is trying to turn over against the pressurized system. Try pulling the handle on your wand when pull starting the engine to see if this eliminates your problem.

Pressure washer - My water blaster does not speed up

I was mistaken in my thinking about how the pressure washer works. There is a by-pass valve that takes the load off the engine when you stop spraying. The engine actually runs at a constant RMP. When the spray is on, the by-pass valve closes and this increases the load on the engine. This is what I had been hearing as a "speeding-up" of the engine and was no longer hearing. Anyway, I took the un-loader apart and blew it out with some compressed air. It works fine now.

Karcher G 3000 BH Engine Pumping Problem

This may not be a motor problem. It sounds like your pump is not working properly and the motor is just following the pump. First thing to do is check for leaks in the pump, wand hose, gun etc. It may also be a blown water seal inside the pump.

No pressure from pressure washer

The "dump valve" inside the units pump, not engine is more than likly malfunctioning or bad. Try checking pump oil,buy 30 w pump oil and fill to line also ckeck black cone type turn knob marked +/- and turn to + for increase in pressure, also check water supply hose and if restricted ,unrestrict water line.
