Question about Dell Computers & Internet
I have a Dell OptiPlex 745 with integrated Intel Q965 display adapter and using dual monitors with an extended desktop. I VNC in to this computer and only see the primary monitor. I set the user up with GoToMyPC and he can only see the primary monitor. I checked an OptiPlex 755 out on the floor also setup with dual extended desktop and I can only see the primary display, which leads me to believe there is somehting up with the Intel driver. I updated it to the most current available from Intel's website and still have the same issue. Has anyone else run into this before? I've done several searches on the internet and can't find anything at all.
Its possible, i use it with dual screen machines all the time. troubleshooting a similar issue on a new user tho. i suspect its a vid driver issue on the box you are connecting to with VNC

I dont think it is possible to view anything but the primary monitor. I have used VNC many times as well as Crossloop (vnc program) never been able to view beyond that screen
