I have a Canon Imageclass 8180c multifunction color laser printer. I keep getting a System error E-002 message. I have tried all solutions recommended by Canon support website, no luck.
Firstly Insert The Printer's Driver Software Disk In The Computer And Completely Uninstall The Printer Driver Software. Don't Remove It From Control Panel. You MayUse Any Uninstaller Software For Removing the Printer's Driver SoftwareAnd If You Don't Have The Printer's Driver Software Disk.Here's The LinkFor Uninstaller Software. Then Clear The Temp And Prefetch Files.
Disconnect the printer's cable form the back of the computer and disconnect printer's power cable and turn it off. Press and hold the printer's power button for 30 Seconds then release it.
Turn off your computer and then disconnect all the cables from the back of the computer. Press and hold the computer's power button for 30 Seconds then release it.
Wait 2 minutes.
Hook up monitor, mouse, keyboard, internet connection and power cable and then restart your computer.
Hook up printer's power cable and then turn it on. Hook up printer to the computer.
Copy and paste the link below in your internet browser and then download and install the LATEST PRINTER'S DRIVER SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE AVAILABLE, IF ANY..
