Question about Timeslips 11 (TSW11RT) for PC
We use Timeslips 12 and state in our retention letter that we charge 6% if not paid within 60 days. I do not understand how to fit that information into the interest feature. Obviously, the way I have been doing it is wrong because the interest that shows on the bills is much too low. I have been using Arrangement 2. Can someone help me with this problem? This is a law firm and we use Timeslips 12.
We found someone in Denver to advise us re the problem. Please don't charge our credit card, but thank you for your consideration.
