Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
My PS3 one day just froze while i was playing a game. Now it wont load any discs. I got it to work early today for about an hr then when i tured it off it would work again. I dont know what to do. I tryed cleaning it with canned air but that doesnt seem to work. I'm really trying to avoid sending it to Sony because I do not have the 150 to pay for a refurbished one.
Could be a couple of things...The laser that read discs could be damaged, could be the motor that spins the discs is wearing out, or could be that dust has built up on the motor that spins the discs...hard to say without taking apart ya system, doing so will void any warranties. You are better off sending in to Sony or opt to buy another one.
