Pull the battery and disconnect the power first... you don't need it getting corroded inside due to electrical and temp..
Then get a compressed air can... at your local electronics store..
Blow around the h letter... see if you can force dry it a bit.
You may be able to rescue your macbook, if no luck let me know I have a good pdf of how to pull the top off your unit with step by step instructions...

I have Black and Decker wet and dry vac how do I best way clean it out when it is full of dirt and dust ? Where is safe place to empty it when it is full ? Without making such a mess. Do I just remove...

Wet and dry vacs are great to have. In order to use the wet function, you must detach the dry filter or bag from the motor. You will have to seperate the motor head from the collection cannister to do this. Once the dry filter or bag id removed, then you can use the vac for wet applications. Remember to clean and dry out the collection cannister after every wet use. Don't forget to reattach the dry filter or bag for dry vac use. Occassional cleaning of the dry filter or bag will prolong the life of the vac. This can be done by gently aggitating the filter with a small hand brush in a well ventillated open area. Preferable outdoors and over a trash can.

Did the keyboard get wet by any chance? You'll have to replace the palm rest. If you want somebody else to do it for you go to Macbook Repair. If you want to do it yourself, here is an Macbook Repair Guide that shows how to repair a Macbook.

Your issue seem to indicate there was damage to the keyboard when it got wet. Drying out the laptop may have gotten it to function for now but it isn't really a substitute for a thorough cleaning by a professional (which might also solve your keyboard issue).

Hello there!! I have a macbook grey, 13" the new one's, unibody enclosere!! ok.. here's the thing my keyboard got wet, I took out the battery, put it apart all night long, but now keys won't work.. track...

You're on the right track... turn it upside down with the battery out and leave it to dry for at least 5 days. You can also try buying a large container of silica crystals at a hobby shop and put the computer and the open container of silica in an oversized plastic bag... If the water wasn't water, there will most likely be residue... but all this is worth a try... other than that, it can be disassembled and dried out and any damaged parts replaced... good luck on this.

The "m", "u", and "7" keys do not work on my MacBook.

hello, It looks like the liquid went inside. You can open the Top case that holds the keyboard and see if you find liquid. If yes, let it dry near a heat source. If not, you'll probably have to change the keyboard... Best regards

Water on MacBook Pro!

Well, Spilling water on your computer sure isn't the smartest thing to do, but it's not sure the damage is too big. Let it dry for a few days: take the battery apart and leave it in a well-ventilated room for a couple of days. When it's nice and dry, try turning it on. If it works - great! If it doesn't, you might want to get it repaired at a professional soon. Actually, taking it to a pro might be a good idea anyway. Good luck!
