Question about Televison & Video
Getting 5 blinks on Pioneer plasma means that there is a problem related to the power supply unit. Now the unit is in protect mode and it will not start.
Try first leaving the TV unplugged overnight.
If you are very lucky this will drain power completely, discharging PSU capacitors. This will fix the TV only if the problem was no real fault.
More commonly the PSU board must be tested and replaced.
