Hi skeeter2552,
I have looked into your problem and have found the following.
I managed to find the manual to your Webcam here:
http://www.amazon.com/Veo-Stingray-Web-camera-color/dp/B00006B9YBAccording to the manual the Webcam originally came with a CD-ROM which had the drivers for Microsoft Windows 98, 98SE, Me, or 2000. It also had software called 'The Veo Stingray Suite' which enabled capture of still images and video etc.
If you can find the CD-ROM and you have a later version of Windows than the above, then it may be possible to use the Veo Stingray Suite in compatability mode, however I'm not sure if that will work.
As the drivers have installed and you had a message that the Camera was ready to use then this is a good start. As your camera is on a USB port then most up-to-date software should recognize it.
For example if you have Windows Movie Maker on windows 7, there is a webcam capture button for recording video. You will probably find that Software like Skype will also see it okay. Also you could look for Freeware for webcams but as always check for Viruses etc.
I hope this has been helpful.
Kind Regards
mparkyn
