You can try to download the firmware from Xerox and rewrite through Centerware. Open up internet explorer and type in the ip address of the unit. If that doesn't work you'll need to replace the User Interface Board, the software is corrupt. The part number is 140N63294. Can be purchased at:

That error indicates an incompatible toner cartridge for that model. Verify you are using oem Xerox toner.

All I can add to your question is from my experience.
Make sure you have the recommended labels installed.
The fuser can cause jams when not using the correct recommended stock.
Very old labels tend to ooze a small amount of glue along the edges and can get stuck to the inside.
Print as you would do on paper, perhaps try printing on some white 80 GSM stock and hold them up to the light to check alignment.

To Set Date & Time on a Xerox 3635
Press: Machine Status (hard button)
Press: Tools (on touch screen)
Press: Device Settings (on touch screen)
Press: Set Date & Time (on touch screen)

The machine will have tabs at the top

Press: Set Date
Press: Month
Enter the Month: (Using the hard buttons)
Do the same for Day and Year
Press: Save

Press: Time
Same procedure as above setting the Date
Press Save

Turn the machine off and back on for settings to take effect.

once that password is changed only the changer knows it.
should he forget or lose the password he flat has a problem.
the reset requires a xerox laptop/tech to reset and they "will bill" you for doing it.

Sounds to me like you need to replace the fuser.
The rolls have been experiencing some problems.
