New Fridge beeping but no cooling

I have a Frigidaire GLHS69EJPB2 side by side refrigerator. 6-months old unit suddenly stopped working. There is sustained intermitant beeb alarm. The lights are on but the fan and compressor are not running and there is no cooling. I've looked through the manual which only lists error codes for a 3-beep and 5-beep alarm but not for a constant beeping one. Please help!
