Turn off the Dell printer (assuming you want to keep that IP address as is). From the computer/server the printers are networked to, go to Printers and Faxes and locate the printer. Right-click on the printer > Properties > and there should be a tab where you can change the IP address within...sorry I can't recall the exact steps from here as I don't have access to do so from my machine. Once you change the IP, reboot printer and your conflict should be resolved.
If all else failes, you'll need to consult the NIC card manual for further diorection.
