Question about Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse VSBX300008
Microsoft wireless mobile mouse 3000 worked great for two weeks, stopped working today. Receiver green light is on; red lights are on mouse. Tried reset recommendations; didn't work. Running Vista 64-bit. help!
Try to take off battery and next push and hold down the small button that protrudes where the receiver is placed in the mouse, put back battery and simultaneusly release the button,it might make the mouse operate correctly. Good luck!!!! Chawah.
