Something in your ignition system or circuit must have quit. The code does not seem to be related. Have you checked for spark?
There is a good read here on the code-a complete run through of what to check.

SOURCE: car wont start

check your fuel pressure it should be 35 psi .fuel pump relays dont go out but check all fuses with test light there is a fuel injector fuse but most likely problem is your fuel pump!

2002 Old ALERO drove home find didn't start later turned over fine but didn't fire replaced fule pump about 2 months ago

Pull a plug wire , set the end close to the engine, crank it and watch for spark. No spark could be the cranks sensor, wires, ignition module , fuse, or PCM. Have the codes read. Could be the fuel pump too. I have had them die shortly after installs.

Replaced fuel pump van still turu over but wont start checked for fire in distributor but no fire

spark is controlled by the immobiliser, the cam and crank position sensors or the ignition module
have the fault codes read to find the fault
check that the cam shaft is turning (Broken timing belt/chain)

My 2002 chevy 1500 van , 4.3 liter v6, will not fire. ran great, no signs of trouble leding up to now. Cranks, cranks, & cranks but no sputter, fire, anything

I would check and be sure I had fire to the plugs and fuel to the throttle body. I read what you wrote about the fuel pump but then on the end of the description where you put gas in the van the pump might not be working. If so you could have a bad wire to the fuel pump or a plugged fuel filter. Once you verify those items I would pull the 02 sensor ahead of the catalytic converter in the exhaust and make sure the cat or muffler is not plugged. If they are it will put back pressure on the engine and not allow fuel into the cyl. to fire.

1987 jeep cherokee 4.0 Starting Issue engine cranks over but won't start- will start and run if primed. Will restart ok but if left setting will not start again. Changed: Fuel Pump Fuel Pump...

Check your temp sensor. if it's out of range it could be sending incorrect readings to the computer. Also check the white ceramic block on the drivers side fender back near the brake cylinder. It is a resistor that affects pump pressure on start up.

Ok for an engine to run it needs air, fuel, spark and compression. You said you replaced the fuel pump. Have you checked your pressure after you replaced it? Also check the fuel pressure regulator and I've seen tons of parts house pumps fail on these and the Mark VIII's. You said you've checked for spark and you do have spark. I know this may sound silly but have you made sure the air filter is completely clogged? Also I'd pull the plugs back out, let 'em air dry for a bout 30mins or so, put them back in and try again. Wet plugs won't fire. Also make sure you have the cam sensor and crank sensor in properly and connected!

Missfire

Have you replaced the coil yet? I assume by all 4 cylinders misfiring you mean P0300 Random Misfire? It could be a number of other things - a faulty fuel injector, coil, etc. Read this article for more info on random misfires - http://www.obd-codes.com/p0300
