Mitsubishi VS-50800 on/off problem

My tv will turn off once it warms up. I will turn it back on, however, hit will turn it's self off again. Once I let the tv sit for awhile I can turn the tv on and it will stay on until the tv warms up again. Then the problem will start all over again.

It sounds like, and I'm only making an educated guess here, but I'm thinking your television is broken and you should probably get a new one if you want to continue watching television.

Mitsubishi vs-50800

take a look at the gun at theback of TV. if you don't see the beam. it is definitely the HV. I don't know it is worth fixing it. then, there may be something else is going too.

I did it once it is just not worth the time and money.

Mitsubishi VS-50707 shuts down sporadically

you can do a self-diagnosis test by pressing the menu and input/device button on set for 5 sec and see what error code it gives you. Count the blinks followed by a short pause then more blinks. This is the error code.
