Question about Epson Stylus Photo R1800 InkJet Printer
Try running the utilites cd and check for ink levels. Epson is infamous for not printing black and whites when the color carts are depleted, but not needed. WHen you find the dialog box that display ink levels try hitting refresh. My girlfriend's printer did the same, and would not print after all carts were replaced. We had to run the utility and refresh the setting. Unfortunately some people do not refresh and the printer appears defective or not functioning properly.
If you do not have the cd, go to the website and download the utility for that model. It may also be called tools.
