Try to remove the power cable / adapter and the battery. Press and hold the power button while those are not connected to discharge the computer. Connect the cable and the battery and turn it back on. If that does not work you are most likely having a hardware issue already. If you are still in warranty for this computer then well and good. You can go ahead and have your system checked out.

1.try to refix the battery and then check.
2.if not then if the lights are blinking then this is the issue with the RAM do please refi it or replace.

Remove the ac adapter and the battery from the laptop and then press and hold the power button for 45 seconds. Now, reconnect everything and then try to turn it on.
mines does the same but wen u here it start up an the screen goes blank take the battery out then it will say start windows normaly or safe and safe made networking click on safe mode networking and u can use your laptop again but with no sound hope this helped
