Do a System Restore in Safe mode choose a date way before this problem started. If that does not work. Go back in safe mode with networking. Download Malwarebytes (you could just search this one in google.) Once that is downloaded do an update after which do a full system scan.

Please my laptop is faulty.it tells me application not found when i click on any of the applications

This sounds like a trojan malware type of infection where it hijacks the .exe files. Boot into safe mode by going to start>turn off computer and selecting reboot or restart.

when it goes down, start tapping F8 and you will come to a black menu screen. select Safe Mode With Networking which will allow full internet access and stop the malware infection from loading.

Once in safe mode, get on the internet and go to malwarebytes.org and download the free version. save it to your desktop and when downloaded, install it and follow the prompts to update it and do a full system scan. it will select all items for removal automatically and then hit the button to remove selected. when done it will prompt you to reboot.

boot into normal windows and test your applications. should be back to normal.

Sonicwall Safe mode Problem

How do I access the SafeMode menu?
In emergency situations, you can access the SafeMode menu by holding in the Reset button on the back
of the TZ 180 (it’s the small pinhole button located to the left of the Console port) for 12-14 seconds until
the ‘Test’ light begins flashing yellow. When the SonicWALL is booted into the SafeMode menu, assign a
workstation a temporary IP address of 192.168.168.200 and attach it to a LAN interface on the TZ 180
Then, using a modern web browser (Microsoft IE6.x, Mozilla 1.4+), access the special SafeMode GUI
using the device’s default IP address of 192.168.168.168. You will be able to boot the device using a
previously saved image, or you can upload a new version of firmware with the ‘Upload New Firmware’
button.
