Question about J2 Retail Systems Computers & Internet
J2 560 Retail Sytems Touch screen sometimes goes to sleep and cannot be woken by touch screen/keyboard. The only way seems to be by turning of at the mains (switch does not work) and rebooting system. Is there a simple answer?
There are a couple of solutions, you may not like any of them:
1) get new touch screen :D
2) Check to see if there are any updates to the software / os for the system / drivers
3) Disable, or extend the sleep timer
These are about as simple as it gets, more in-depth solutions may be available, but i would need more information.
