RCA 56" Rear Projection Television

Television was working fine. Unplugged it so that we could move it, plugged it back in that same evening after getting it where I needed it to be and The colors are all wrong. Tried adjusting to no avail. Greens look brown. Reds look blue, Purples are blue. I am not sure what could be wrong with it and how it could have gone from working to not working in a matter of hours.

Not sure if you have the same problem I have but my colors are all off too. I have a 52" projection and from calling RCA with my problem (colors off & have shadows) they said all projection tv's color need to be adjusted every so often (which they do not tell you) after purchasing this tv for $1000.00 13 mos ago I have the same problem. It will be approx. 500.00 to fix the problem and I got no where with the RCA 800 number. A friend of mine had the same problem so I am sure its the same. Good Luck!

52" RCA Scenum froze and would not turn off. I unplugged it and then plugged it back in. All the lights are on in the front of the tv but it will not turn on.

The small signal board is the most likliest cause of that issue which is a very famous symptom for the ITC222 and ITC222A chassis RCA models. You can usually get the small signal board from www.tvrepairworld.com several versions were used so they can assist with identifying which version ssb your model requires.

RCA TV - D52W19 Unplugged and moved it away from the wall to paint, moved it back, plugged it in and now it will not turn on. It is very hard to tell if the green light is going on but it is definately...

chek the plug on the cord, the rca have a tendancy to break if moved sharply, relace the plug end

There is 3 capacitors on power/deflection board cp150 2200uf16v look to see if it is puffed up on top if so replace 2 more caps aswell in same circuit cp114 cp120 220uf 35v.
