Uninstall the software you had install by going to add/remove in the control panel. Reinstall the drivers again using the CD which came with your camera. Connect the camera to your PC and turn it on. Follow the screen to install the drivers. When it is all finished, click start, then computer. Now you should be able to see an icon with Sanyo. Double click on it .
If everything looks okay so far, you should be able to copy, delete and view all pictures stored in your camera by your PC.
a 6ya Expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Here are some ways to transfer data from camera to computer:-
Run the software that came with your camera. Pop the CD into your computer and go through the setup steps. The only way you'll be able to transfer is if you have the software installed. If you bought the camera used or, for one reason or another, just don't seem to have the CD, you can probably find a used or maybe even a new one on eBay. You might be able to find it somewhere else as well. Connect the camera to the computer. Let's face it, the pictures aren't going to the computer if there is no cord to connect them. Most of the time, you'll hear a sound or something will pop-up if the camera is connected properly and working. Sync the camera to the computer and transfer the pictures. With most camera software, as soon as you connect the camera to the computer and it recognizes it, something will pop up asking if you would like to sync the pictures to the computer. After that it's pretty self-explanatory. If nothing pops up or it never was supposed to pop up in the first place, open the camera program. Most likely you'll be able to find your way from there. If not, read your camera manual. It should tell you even more than this how-to. Another option is to buy a Memory Card Reader. They will go by the name " 6 in One, 12 in one, USB Reader Writer or Flash Memory Card Reader Writer. They allow all memory sticks and cards to be recognized by your computer. On Windows XP, you just plug it in and find it as another drive on My Computer. Hope this helps, if so do rate the solution
two ways, install the camera software to your computer using the CD that came with the camera, and use the data cable (usually USB) to connect the camera to the computer and copy/transfer the pictures from the camera to your computer.
another option is to take out the memory card from the camera, use a media card reader to access the card contents with your computer so you can copy/transfer pictures to the computer's drive. Feel free to rate how helpful the information is. Good luck
Try to connect it to your computer to transfer the pictures. Dont forget to install the CD software of your digicam if there is. Or try to insert a memory card and then transfer/copy the pictures from your camera to the memory card.
In order to transfer pictures from your camera, you need to follow thes steps in sequence.
1- Use the CD which came with your camera to install the drivers for your digital camera
2- After drivers are installed, connect you camera to your computer
3- after windows finished installing the drivers and say ready
4- click start, then computer on your PC
You should see an icon with the name of your camera. Double click on that icon, you would see one or more folders. These folders contain all of the pictures and videos you have stored in your camera. You can download, copy delete etc all of the them now
If you do not have the CD, please leave your camera brand and the model number so I find the link to download the drivers.
In order to transfer photos from your camera to your computer, you need to
1- Install the drivers for your camera. The drivers are located in the CD which came with your camera. If you do not have the CD, go to Kodak web site and download the drivers for your kodak from here:
2- Connect your camera to your PC.
3- if the drivers are installed correctely, click start, and then the computer icom. There should be an icon with name kodak....., double click that and you probably see one or more folders with your save pictures.
4- Now you can copy or cut and past one or more pictures from your camera to your computer. I hope it helps you.
YOU MUST USE YOUR 'WIZARD" TO INSTALL THE CAMERA OR USE THE CD THAT CAME WITH THE CAMERA TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE...YOUR COMPUTER IS NOT RECOGNIZING YOUR CAMERA AND WONT ACCEPT THE PICTURES WITH OUT A OPERATING PROGRAM....
I bought this camera off ebay. I do not have any software for it. I cannot get it to transfer pictures to my computer. I think i need to install a driver. It is a Sharp 3x Optical Zoom Digital Still Camera VE-CG40. Where can I download a driver?
I have Kodak EasyShare C613 camera. I have some nice pictures on the memory card. My WinXP recognizes the camera, but won't find any drivers for it. So camera is detected, software running, but i'm not able to transfer the pictures, because I can't connect to camera. Any ideas to solve this?
