Question about Epson Stylus NX400 InkJet Printer
Printer was working fine before I installed a new the black ink cartridge. These new replacement cartridges have always worked great for me in the past year. I even put another new black cartridge in case the first replacement was bad but still would not print anything on paper. The printer seems to work normal and shows that all ink cartriges are full.
Did you remember to pull the tape off the print head before you installed the new cartridge?

Tips for a great answer:
ink reservoir doesnt have to be completely empty to fail. Replace the
cartridges. Some of the jets or all of them may be clogged especially if you
have not used your printer in a while. If there are cleaning instructions in
the manual clean the jets and then try to print from the printer's self test
