The keypad needs to be programed. Depending on your model there will be a small toggle switch on the right side, just behind the connection of the hot water valve(you will have to remove the top panel). Move the switch to the left, then press the program button at which time all the lights will be lit. Using a measuring cup press a button you want to program until you get the desired amount, then press the stop button(when programed the light will turn off), repeat to program the other 3 buttons. When done program move the toggle switch to the right. If the machine does not hold the program then the flowmeter under the drain tray(silver box with 3 wires on top), is damaged. Either repalce the top or check the impeller in the flowmeter, the magnets might dirty.(Make sure water is turned off before openning the flowmeter.

Water pressure is too low. How to adjust?

If water/pump pressure is below 9 bar, then you will have to adjust the pump. Remove the right side panel, pump is usually located there, find the big brass head with 2 water lines coming to it, on the side of it is an adjustment nut and or screw depending on pump model. Adjust tighter gives more pressure.

The water pressure at the hot water filler is very slow ,lines are clean

There should be a screen filter in the end of the hose connection. It can be stopped up or the valve isn't opening all the way.

Estro Profi - Green Light not coming on

It is vapor lock possibly,

1. Soak the steam wand in some hot water for a few minutes
2. Using a cup at the bottom run the brew function and open up the steamer valve until it starts pulling water through. May take a bit of time. Be careful with the steam.

Hope this helps
my white profi of 12 years has been acting up and will not even turn on.

Good luck

Older machine needs repair

When you press the dispense button does the needle on the dispensing pressure gauge move up to the green area? If so, most likely your group head solenoid valve is bad. It's located behind the back splash. It's a small black box connected to a metal tube just behind the group head. They cost around $70.

If the needle doesn't move it could either be your pump or motor. Now you're in the $200 range.
