Question about 2wire Computers & Internet
I hit my BELKIN wireless G USB Network Adapter(802.11g) with my knee and now it doesn't work *tear*... Is there some boot-leg/ghetto/cheep way i can fix it? Other facts: just the metal part is loose, the wires inside that connect look OK, my computer says i am connected to the www but when i open a browser (1)the light stays on (on the adaptor)and i get ''check your internet connection'' notice (2)i get online for about 2-3 min and then the notice comes up again, also rattles a little when u shake it (^.^;) Don't know how it happened, but the USB drive is loose at the connector and can not be read by the computer. Can the information on the USB be saved? If so, how. Thank you - lots of valuable info on USB.
These things are so delicate, if they are physically broken, they are basically unrepairable. You may have to buy new ones.
