Question about Dyson DC07 Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
I have a DC07 vacuum. My daughter dropped the Dyson while unloading it from the SUV. Now the problem I am having is that the cleaner head does not want to stay down as I vacuum and I continuously have to keep stepping down on the cleaner head to make it go back down to the floor. I guessing something is broken or binding. Is there a way to fix it?
Does anyone have an exploded view of where this spring attaches and what it looks like. My DC07 has exactly the same problem. As you push it forwards, the head angle changes and vacuum decreases as the sole plate looses contact with the floor :(

The spring might be disattachd because of the fall check inside the cleaner head if you can attach it thank you
