Question about HP OfficeJet K7100 Photo inkJet Printer

HP k7100 cartrage error (black lite & power lite blinking)

I have 4 used black cartrages for HP k7100, and recently just puchaced a brand new colored and new black cartrages, but somehow, the black cartrage lite and the power lite is blinking, only the black cartrage does not recognized, but somehow i manage to insert some of the used black cartrages to another printer using the same cartrage (different printer model), the cartrage works just well. what should i do so that the cartrage can be recognized again. or the have both cartrages work. please email me at thurax2k1_418@yahoo.com thanx alot in advance

Cartrage replacement


From the user guide:
Cartridge Error (1102, 1203, 1204, or 120F)
1 Remove the print cartridges, and close the cartridge carrier lids.
2 Close the scanner unit.
3 Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
4 Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
5 If the button is not lit, press .
6 Reinsert the print cartridges and close the cartridge carrier lids.
7 Close the scanner unit.
If the error does not reappear, the problem has been corrected.
If the problem reappears, one of the cartridges is not working properly. Continue with the following procedure to
determine which cartridge is not working properly.
1 Remove the print cartridges, and close the cartridge carrier lids.
2 Close the scanner unit.
3 Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
4 Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
5 If the button is not lit, press .
6 Reinsert the black (or photo) print cartridge and close the cartridge carrier lid.
7 Close the scanner unit.
8 If the error:
• Reappears, replace the black (or photo) print cartridge with a new one, close the cartridge carrier lid, and close
the scanner unit.
• Does not reappear, reinsert the color print cartridge, close the cartridge carrier lid, and close the scanner unit.
9 If the error reappears, replace the color print cartridge with a new one, close the cartridge carrier lid, and close
the scanner unit

My daughter loader a black ink cartridge without removing the cellophane tape. The printer is now flashing the check black ink cartridge message. We have tried reloading the cartridge properly. Still not...


here is what you do .

1.first unplug the printer ,and shut down you computer .
2.then open then printer cartridge area. remove both color & black cartridges
3.check the black cartrage ( the head of cartrage is it damaged ,,, i mean it should just be like glass surface no ups and downs .. if the cartrage is ok then (youdont have to change it )
4.power on you printer without loading any cartridge .
5.now unplug again and insert cartridge only black .and plug your cartridge .( note PC will turn off in entire procedure) and let your USB cable out of the printer
6.turn on your PC when you see the desktop insert the USB cable. and let the process happen ..!
7. give out print command

I have a Hp photoshop 3210 printer ink cartrage error empty or


I installed new cartriges, but my printer keeps giving me an error msg, Ink system has failed. Unable to copy, receive faxes, or print. Refer to printer documentation. Error: Oxc18a0206. What do I do now?

HP 1510 all in one printer won't print black.


It might be the cable ribbon to the black cartridge. If thats the case see if there are any rips in the line itself.

Hp color laserjet 2600n giving "10.0000 suply error"


10.00 error is for the black cartridge. Check the cartridge locker for the black toner cartridge on the right side, is it different from the other? does it moves correctly? check properly. If the locker seems correct, try clean the contacts on toner and opposite HV pins in printer

What black in cartrage should i use 4 hp psc 1510 all in one


338 is the HP black cartridge 11ml in size
336 is the HP light user black cartridge. 5ml in size

INK CARTRAGE PROBLEM ?


Hi
You must define in printer Properties that you install a new cartridge!!! Just go on Printers and faxes, right click on printer, select properties, advance and click install new cartridge!!!
