Question about Maytag Neptune FAV6800AW Top Load Washer
The problem you are experiencing is that there is not enough water pressure from the feed to siphon the chemicals from the dispenser. Go to the connections at the valve bibs where you connect the hoses. Remove the hoses and clean out the strainers in the hose couplings. This should take care of your problem.

Try to push a plastic straw through the hole in the dispenser. This hole could be blocked with lint.

I cleaned out the lines, but that didn't work. The fabric softener side works, just not the bleach. I think it's getting water, just not draining into the load. I checked for a blockage but there was none. Any other ideas?
