it seems like ur display driver is causing the problem, I too play league of legends, its fun game :D I have nvidia, and it did the same thing, if u have nvidia try this: 1.Device Manager 2.Display adaptors3. nvidia GeForce, or other model of nvidia4.Browse computer for driver software5.Let me click on a list of device drivers6.Have disk7.Browse8.C:\nvidia\winvista\<version>\english where u might find it 9.nv_disp.inf10.ok11.click on the device12.Next, and thats it, found this solution, on youtube, but it worked for me :D
looks like you have enough ram and a good video card ... maybe try this http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html just down load and run this when you play your games... make sure you turn it off when your done playing games
Might be a loose connection to your screen and motherboard.
I have the somewhat same issue with my Dell Inspiron 15, It's a touch-screen laptop and whenever you jerk the screen it'll either Freeze in like colored bars, or it will change colors. Both of which are annoying.
