In order to determine what is the cause of your problem , please provide the error codes an model number so we can figure out what is wrong with it, has anyone set anything heavy on top of the machine if is a top load machine, first guess if you have power to the machine would be look into the lid swtich an go from there....

Why is my Amanda 7300 tandem washing machine not doing the wash cycle? It stops after water has filled and stats to beep 3 times in intervals....

Sometimes this can happen when the power button does not return completely when pressed in. My cheap & cheerful solution was to use a bit of Blu-Tak on the button, so I could pull it all the way out.

Kenmore Oasis no error code keeps beeping low -loud

If its the main board that you are having an issue with, honestly i will suggest to get a new one instead, might cost you as much as buying a new one if you are going to have it repaired.

The lights come on, but the machine doesn't start

do you hear a beep when the start button is pushed? if u do hear a beep then it could be your lid switch is faulty, if you dont hear a beep then your keypad is faulty. is the plastic covering the buttons cracked?the keypads fault sometimes because water goes thru the cracks into the electronics causing it to corrode. please reply with answers 4 more help.

Have kelvinator smart drive 503, water won't run

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue, which first appeared yesterday. Following your advice, the lights that are lit are 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th. The SLOW & HOLD spin speed lights are lit, along with constant beeping :)

Washer- lights go on, but it won't click/lock to start the load s

it is probably the door lock asm itself but lets try the diagnostic mode. Usually on the newer duets when the lock quits you get a quick series of beeps upon pressing start.
On the old style (red leds, no teardrop) set drain/spin cycle, no spin option press prewash 4 times quickly
new models (green leds, teardrop front) the old way may also work but will only start factory test, no code display. instead with unit off, select any one option key, press and hold 4 secs, release 4 secs and repeat till all lights come on (3 or 4 times) then it will flash any f codes, press that same key again to advance to the next code if any (most recent code first) then it will go to display software versions (n:xx etc)
when it shows C:00 the door should lock at C:01 it will fill with cold water this is the factory test routine it will advance automatically. some steps may take a while but should complete them all and turn off. we are of course interested in if it locks here and advances. a F code may still get displayed.
