I accidently through away my mp4 instruction manuel and now I can't put the music that I want on it because I don't know how,so the only thing I can do is just record music that I like everytime I press the music button it always says empty disk and when I press the movie & pictures button they both say the same thing empty disk and empty disk again so I need someone who's a expert at this to teach me how to do it.

when my mp4 player says disk error i hook it up to the computer to try reformatting it, but when i hook it up it does not recognize or show my mp4 player is hooked up. What is my problem and how do i fix it?

this is what u do turn on ur computer then go to my documents after put in a cd go to windows media player click SYNC and if the screen of the mp3 player if it has two arrows pointing towards each other then its SYNCingt GOOD JOB!!!!! then un hook ur usb cord then turn on ur mp3 player go to music and it should be there! (:

To add music
plug mp4 into usp, open ''my computer'' then copy and paste your music into mp4 drive, most likly drive E
to add video
install the mp4 software, then use the conversion tool to convert your video files to amv format then just copy and paste into mp4 drive just as you would with your music files.

my craig mp4 player just shows a hour glass like everybody else. i have read the solutions but never receive the answers from them. now how to get the hour glass to go away?.....and if so how to reset the device if frozen. thankz for the support when i receive my answer.
