Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I changed the black ink in my printer. I continue to get this message. I cannot run a test and I have checked several times to make sure the cartridge was put in correctly. Although I have had this printer for about 5 years, I haven't made that may copies. I purchased ink only 3 times. I cannot see paying HP $150 to answer my question. Any suggestions?
