Are you on warranty or not? if you are on warranty it would be best if you called their support they may fix it for you free.
the issue is most likely a dirty lens/drive there are few other unlikely things that could cause the problem but its very very likely the drive that's the problem.
use a cd/Dvd lens cleaner ment for the console to clean the lens, follow this page on how to fix the problem:
Here is one cd / dvd lens cleaner that should be okay for the 360
Just try the lens cleaner before doing anything else to it.
