Hi, The coin is probably inside the baffle that tosses the clothes around. I believe this nodel has a screw that holds the baffle in place. I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks
Vic

Had similar problem. I removed bottom front panel, took plug out let it drain then removed trash in it(coins, screws, just random stuff). Went a step further took pump out and removed back off it and found Bobby pins stuck in it. Put all back together and works fine. Make sure to have towels for when removing plug

Not spinning, not draining, water stuck inside

the pump in the lower area below the drum is plugged with coins, hairpins, etc.,and you need to remove the lower panel in front and open up a round circular cleanout trap that is located by the pump

Ge front load washer do not drain

Disconnect power to machine. Remove bottom front panel by removing one screw from each lower corner of panel. Have a few old towels ready to catch water, and remove clamp at pump inlet. Fish out all the coins or other objects from the rubber boot pump inlet. Reassemble and test with the panel off first. If all OK and no leaks, replace panel.

I have a coin under the drum, Is there a easy way to remove it.

To tell you the truth, with front loads there is no easy way. But what you need to do is take front off, remove boot from door, take out inner tub and then you'll see ur coin. But what I would do is let it get to the pump assembly first before you get into it.. It should make it's way there, when it does it would be easy for you to get it

Pump is clogged. Clear out the pump by removing hose going to the pump from the tub. Could be coins or jewelry but something definetly is in the pump.

Unplug washer, remove bottom front cover, (three phillips head screws at the bottom) unscrew filter and pull out (lower right). Next, remove the very smelly $2.67 in change and a nest of muck. Put every thing back together in reverse order

I'm having a similar problem. Mine sounds like there is something behind the drum, like maybe a coin or loose nut? It screeches horribly.

Sounds like there is a marble or coin in drum

remove the heater which is held by 1 19mm nut in the centre and prize out carefully with a screwdriver. you can then see the gap between the drum and the tub and fish out whatever is in there. a common problem
