Problem for Rinnai RHFE-1004FA 38,400 BTU Energy Saver Ductless Heater...
Won't turn on or up
I tried turning heat up with ^ button. Nothing happened so I turned it off. When I tried to turn it back on, nothing happened. The function locked light is green. I unplugged the unit to reset it, but that didn't work either. Please help. i put new pc board in and will not turn on no lights

Stop what ever you are doing? Do not buy any more parts. You are making things worse.
First, the new circuit board may not be connected correctly. That is why you get no lights.
Second, Do you have a manual? If not, you need one. Go to the Rinnai web site and find a dealer that can get you a manual. Without a full understanding of the Function Lock button you are at a loss.
It has been my experience that the circuit board is the last place to start.

If there is a 'lock' button on the heater, push and hold till the green light goes out.
