Question about Dell U0636 Mouse
I have a dell vostro a360 laptop and the mouse on it has been frozen for a few days. I have rebooted and tried all sorts of troubleshoots on the machine. I have tried the function buttons too. All to no avail. Any help much appreciated. Thanks
Get your laptop utility CD/driver. Borrow a USB mouse and then you access the laptop driver so you can reinstall the touch pad. That should work (it worked for me).
Then before ejecting your utility disc/driver, you copy the touch pad folder and then paste it to your desktop so the next time you'll need to reinstall your touch pad, you can readily access it.
