We moved from one office to another. We changed the ip address too onboth copier and computer. The printer is networked/working fine withthe computer but when we do scanning it says ''error while interactingwith scanner, the selected scanner was not found.
Network processing is timed out. Check the scanner and network status. The scanner driver will be quitted.
I ran the
network scangear utility from the start menu. Clicked ''discover scanner'', and selected my
copier and applied it.
I have 3 and all are doing the exact samething.
