Hello look for a button on your keyboard called FKey - press this button and then try again, see if it works... if not hit Fkey again and try again.

Sounds like your function button may be on

How can I take a screenshot on my laptop computer

What laptop?
What Operating System?

In windowss you can use the "Print Screen" function by pressing the "PrtScn" key on an extended keyboard. If you hold the "Alt"-key while pressing the PrtScn-key, it takes a snapshot of the currently active window.

Then you have to open a paint or Word document. Now you can paste the screenshot.

If you use Windows 7, click the Start button and type "Snipping Tool". This will start the built-in screenshot software.

What are prtscn sysRq button for

in Windows : PrtScn is stand for printScreen. You pushed the button it will capture your screen. You can save it as an image (open Paint then choose menu Edit->Paste or in MS Word just right click and then paste)

while SysreQ (to use this need to push Fn ke at the same time) can be traced back to the operator interrupt key used on IBM 3270-type console keyboards of the IBM System/370 mainframe computer[citation needed], which was used to cause the operating system such as VM/370 or MVS to allow the console to give input to the operating system.

I can't figure out how to use the Print Screen Key.

Totally misses mentioning the f lock key on this keyboard. It could have the print screen key toggled to the insert function.

How do I get the PrtScn key to print the screen?

Download this utility that will make PrtScr easier to do:
Once installed, Purrint places an icon on the system tray, though I'd say it's more comfortable to use with the keyboard itself. Now, every time you press the PrtScr key (or the Alt+PrtScr shortcut to capture the active window) a window will open and offer you the possibility to copy the image to the clipboard (as the standard key would do), save it as an image file or send it to your printer right away.
http://purrint.en.softonic.com/

Click on this link or copy and paste the complete link into your browser.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

Comfort curve keyboard 2000v1.0, key A does not respond

Mine does the same thing only sometimes the keys work, then hours later they decide to stop working.

It's a pain in the **** but if you take out all the screws, take the top cover off then put it back on, for some reason the keys start working again.

The problem will come back though. I'm considering keeping the screws out so I can just pop it apart whenever the keys stop working again.
